2. Services Description

ZapZing Kitchen operates as a home-based food service, offering fresh, homemade meals for delivery and pickup in Whitefield, Bangalore. We provide an online platform for customers to browse our menu, place orders, and make payments.

3. Ordering Process

• Browse our menu and add items to your cart
• Provide your name and phone number
• Choose delivery or pickup option
• Make payment via UPI
• Confirm order via WhatsApp
• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification

4. Delivery Terms

Our delivery service is subject to the following conditions:

• Delivery is available within 1.5km of our location
• Delivery hours: 12 PM to 6 PM
• After 6 PM, only pickup orders are accepted
• Minimum order value for delivery: ₹20
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand
• Customer must be available to receive the order

5. Pickup Terms

• Pickup is available during operating hours (12 PM - 12 AM)
• Orders must be picked up within 30 minutes of the specified time
• Pickup location: 1, 6th Cross, Pattandur Agrahara, ECC Rd, Prithvi Layout, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066
• Please bring your order confirmation (WhatsApp message)

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices include applicable taxes
• We accept payments via UPI only
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Before payment is made: Order can be freely cancelled
• After payment, before cooking starts: Full refund available
• After cooking has started: No cancellation or refund
• Contact us immediately on WhatsApp for cancellation requests

8. Food Quality & Safety

• All food is prepared fresh in a clean, hygienic kitchen
• We use quality ingredients from trusted suppliers
• Please inform us of any allergies before ordering
• Food should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery for best quality
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions if not informed in advance

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Be available at the delivery address during delivery time
• Inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
• Check the order upon delivery and report issues immediately
• Treat delivery personnel with respect

10. Limitation of Liability

ZapZing Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
